Hospitalist Positions Available
The University Of South Florida College Of Medicine is actively recruiting physicians to staff its new non-resident hospitalist service. Beginning July 2013, this service will serve as an adjunct to a well-established resident hospitalist service currently operating Tampa General Hospital. Serving as USF’s primary hospital affiliate, Tampa General is a level 1 trauma center and tertiary referral center that was named the #1 hospital in Florida in 2012 by U.S. News & World Report. Be part of developing a practice that puts the focus on the hospitalist being the doctor.
• Group provides 24 hour in-house coverage
• 7on / 7off block scheduling with 12 hour shifts
• Competitive compensation and benefits package including sovereign immunity
• Maximum average daily census 16 patients
• Procedures and vent management not required
• Graduating residents encouraged to apply
• Florida License required
