VP for Enrollment Mgmt & Student Life
The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Life provides leadership for a comprehensive array of student life and enrollment management services and guides efforts to create a holistic learning environment for students - an environment that is connected both to the classroom and life outside it. The Vice President is the Chief Student Affairs Officer and Chief Enrollment Manager for the institution, a senior member of the President’s Council of Administrators and serves on the President’s Cabinet. The Vice President reports to and advises the President and is responsible for all student life and enrollment areas such as Housing and Residence Life; Camps and Conferences; Dining Services; Inclusion and Diversity; Student Union; Student Activities and Leadership; Warrior Hub (including Financial Aid, Student Records and Registration, Student Employment); Admissions; Warrior Success Center (including Advising Services, Career Services, Tutoring Services and Supplemental Instruction, Access/Disability Services), as they work with their academic colleagues toward the campus community’s full realization of its commitment to prepare individuals for life, work and leadership in a rapidly changing, competitive, global society. The Vice President also supervises the Dean of Students who oversees the following areas: Office of Learning and Community Engagement, Student Conduct and Citizenship, Student Support Services, Health and Wellness Services, Counseling and Wellness Services, Integrated Wellness, Fitness Center, Intramurals.

Candidates for this position should have an earned Doctorate in Higher Education Administration/Student Affairs, Educational Leadership and Policy Studies or other appropriate academic field (Master’s Degree with appropriate experience will be considered) and at least 5 years of progressive professional administrative collegiate level experience in student affairs including significant experience developing and implementing co-curricular programming that compliments and aligns with an academic mission and responsibility for resources and personnel.
