Instructor/RStats Coordinator
The College of Health and Human Services at Missouri State University, located in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking applications for a 12-month, full-time, non-tenure eligible instructor who will also serve as the RStats Coordinator. Applicants must have a master’s degree in a discipline in the College of Health and Human Services; experience with the application of advance research designs (group and single-subject) and statistics (e.g., ANOVA, MANOVA, Multiple Regression, Factor Analysis, Effect Size and Power analyses); experience using various statistical software packages, including R, SPSS, JASP, and Excel, for data management and statistical analyses; the ability to provide tutorials or workshops on intermediate and advanced data management and statistical techniques; excellent oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills; organizational, coordination and supervisory skills; college teaching experience or statistical and research design consulting experience or experience conducting basic research and statistical analyses; the ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.
