Teaching Assistant Professor
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to teach 12 credit hours per semester of analytical (quantitative analysis and instrumental analysis), physical chemistry, and general chemistry laboratory courses and to perform or supervise as appropriate all associated tasks. These include delivering lectures, lab, and supervision of graduate teaching assistants. S/he will also perform service (up to 20% of effort) as appropriate for the position.

Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate degree in Chemistry is required. The individual must have effective communication skills and be able to speak and write clearly and fluently in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
A PhD in Chemistry and independent teaching experience in analytical and/or physical chemistry.
