Site Coordinator - Universities at Shady Grove

Job Purpose
Towson University is accepting applications for a Site Coordinator to provide support for the department chairs and program directors in the delivery of the academic programs offered at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG). This position will serve as a liaison between Towson University and the administration at the site, and will provide information about TU programs to prospective students.

Support the program directors with logistics, including room reservations, equipment needs, procuring supplies and materials, maintaining procurement records, ordering required texts and desk copies; collect course term file information from department program directors; verify course contact hour minimums; enter data into PeopleSoft; monitor students registrations; generate class lists; use PeopleSoft to generate required reports; prepare for and support internal and external recruitment and marketing efforts; prepare semester course brochures and flyers; assist in distribution of marketing materials; assist with open houses, events, and ceremonies; provide general information to potential and current students on programs and logistics via email, phone, and US mail; work with the internal offices on the main campus to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve student issues; support direct billing agreements/MOU's for school system partnerships; maintain regular office hours; and serve as I-9 coordinator for Human Resources.

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience. The selected candidate must be highly organized with outstanding human relations skills; familiarity with the regional school systems; strong communication skills; and strong technical skills with Microsoft Office experience. Knowledge of the academic programs at Towson University at Universities at Shady Grove is preferred.
