Manager of OnBase Enterprise System

West Chester University of Pennsylvania invites applications and nominations for the position of Manager of OnBase Enterprise Systems. Founded in 1871, West Chester University is a public, regional, comprehensive university and one of the fourteen campuses of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. As Manager of On Base Enterprise Systems manages the utilization, adoption, and health of the On Base document management system across campus. The manager reports to the Executive Manager of Application development and works collaboratively with developers and system architects on campus. The manager will work collaboratively across campus to identify utilization opportunities, and establish systems roadmaps for review.
The manager is responsible for the implementation of On Base business process solutions to improve campus effectiveness and promote student success. They will oversee OnBase developers, staff augment arrangements, and vendor contracts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• The manager will possess an earned bachelor's degree.
• A proven record of learning and gaining expertise in utilizing enterprise systems.
• Experience managing complex implementations and project management experience.
• Effective interpersonal skills, a commitment to collaboration, and experience working as a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior training and experience in OnBase. Such as certifications: System Administrator, Certified Workflow Administrator, WorkView Certification
• Experience with business process redesign to improve organizational efficiency and contribute to student success.
• Experience leading collaborative conversations around enterprise system utilization and road mapping.
• Is a person of high integrity; models civility, team participation, and ethical leadership
• Is a team player, able to work collaboratively with other to collectively advance the overall goals and objectives of the organization
• Enjoys interacting with all stakeholders; values and encourages student
• Is a leader dedicated to continuous improvement; and a respect and enthusiasm for students, faculty and staff
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills in speaking, listening, and writing
• Empowers others through a collaborative, inclusive leadership and management style
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
