Technical Analyst II
The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is accepting applications for Technical Analyst II.  This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the director of Computing, Telecommunications and Media Services. 

Duties:  This position is a technical position requiring a broad background in the computing, technology and information systems field. The primary duty is complete responsibility of the computer centers on campus including classroom technology. This involves supervising and/or performing the accurate installation, operation, troubleshooting and repair of campus computing/networking hardware, operating systems, and application software; and supervising a group of work-study students who work in the computer centers.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline and a minimum of two years’ experience, knowledge, and direct experience in the use and troubleshooting of computing and networking equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in Microsoft products. Microsoft/PC/Network/security related certifications are a plus. This position will have extensive interactions with the computer user community.
