Clinical Track Faculty
Indiana University School of Nursing, Fort Wayne seeks qualified candidates for a clinical track faculty positions with expertise in pediatrics, critical care, mental health, community health and/or medical surgical nursing. The person is responsible for teaching clinical and didactic courses in the undergraduate program and other courses as appropriate. A focus on Pediatrics, critical care, Mental Health, medical surgical and/or community health nursing is highly desired. Scholarship of teaching and service are expectations for appointment to the clinical track. Qualified applicants must hold a master’s degree in nursing with a doctorate preferred. Relevant recent clinical and teaching experience in the field preferred. Applicants who hold the master’s degree must be enrolled in a doctoral program or willing to enroll in a doctoral program within 6 months of initial appointment. Appointment to academic rank and salary are dependent on demonstrated scholarly achievement, teaching, and clinical experience. The successful candidate must be licensed or eligible for Indiana RN licensure.
