Post MFA Teaching Fellowship
Post-MFA in Applied Performance: Two 2-year Teaching Fellowships. Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts. Each fellowship recipient should expect to teach four participatory performance-based courses each semester.

Stipends and Benefits: Each fellowship recipient will be expected to be in residence for two academic years to develop pedagogical skills in the discipline through teaching introductory performance-based courses. In addition to an annual academic year salary, and health and retirement benefits, support may be provided for activities in the Center for Communicating Science: The Art of Connecting Across Difference.

Eligibility and Qualifications: We seek applicants who can serve as role models for our increasingly diverse student population and can support our efforts to be a genuinely inclusive institution. Applicants can be current MFA acting, performance, or directing students who will receive their degree before August 10, 2021, or recent graduates with no more than 3 years since the date of their terminal MFA degree.
