Academic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon
Upstate Medical University Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Syracuse, New York is seeking a BC/BE hand/upper extremity surgeon.

All candidates must have completed an orthopedic surgery residency and an ACGME accredited hand fellowship; have an interest in developing a clinical practice and research program; and have an interest in resident education. ABOS certification or ABOS Board eligibility at the time of employment is a requirement.
The outpatient clinical practice is at the Upstate Bone & Joint Center, a facility that offers patients comprehensive musculoskeletal care at one location including an outpatient surgery center. Inpatient practice would be at the University Hospital system in Syracuse. Access to functional testing and basic research facilities at the University’s Institute for Human Performance is available.
Academic rank and salary commensurate with education and experience.
