Provost and Executive Vice President
Roosevelt University is a private nonprofit institution founded in 1945 on the principles of social and racial justice. The University continues to champion diversity, inclusion and access through experiential learning that transcends the classroom.

As the chief academic officer, the Provost/Executive Vice President will play a pivotal role in setting and achieving the academic vision for the university and helping to ensure the integration of key university operations in collaboration with other members of the senior leadership team. The Provost/EVP is a key member of the executive leadership team of Roosevelt University and, as the president’s second-in-command, works closely with the President and the Board of Trustees.

The Provost/EVP will provide conceptual and operational leadership for Roosevelt’s distinctive academic programs, driving strategic planning, academic budgeting, program development, assessment and review, and academic policies and procedures. They will work collaboratively through shared governance to advance Roosevelt University’s academic excellence and commitment to social justice.
