Doctoral Capstone Coordinator
The Doctoral Capstone Coordinator is a 12-month non-tenure track faculty position. The Doctoral Capstone Coordinator develops, oversees, coordinates, and manages the required doctoral level capstone experience of entry-level education, ensuring that it integrates ACOTE standards and supports and enhances the academic curriculum. Institutional duties will not interfere with the role of the Doctoral Capstone Coordinator.

Required Job Qualifications

1. Occupational therapist with an entry-level degree
2. Earned doctorate in OT or a related field
3. NBCOT certified
4. Eligible for DORA licensure in Colorado
5. A minimum of two years clinical practical experience
6. Evidence of good consultation, conflict resolution, communication, and collaborative skills
7. Teaching experience at the college or university level
8. Evidence of commitment to diversity and multicultural perspectives

Preferred Job Qualifications

1. Demonstrated expertise in managing fieldwork or capstone experiences
2. Experience as doctoral experience capstone supervisor
3. Experience with program development, innovative approaches to fieldwork education, and/or capstone experiences
4. Record of scholarship
